Plot: Upset after her defeat in Monster Busters, Anna Gorynych teams up with Talia Poh to develop a secret weapon. The ODA dispatches some of it's best female agents to deal with the two.
Characters:
Marika: A young girl who dresses like an anime Magical Girl. She has a huge love for unicorns and has a pet Pegacorn named Alana. Despite her age, she is actually very smart. Her main weapon is her magic wand.
Mylaela: An elf archer who is somewhat naive. One interesting thing about her is that she talks in old Shakespearean. Her main weapons are her bow and wide variety of arrows.
Phalla: A genie. She was found by the ODA during a mission and Princess Emilise took her as a servent, using her third and final wish to set her free. She now serves the ODA out of gratitude. She has control over sand.
Kaili: A Chinese lung, aka Chinese dragon, who is mostly seen in human form. She is friendly, though very eager to fight. She uses her martial art skills.
Vanessa: A robot built by Dr. Wells, who resembles a human woman dressed in steampunk fashion. She is really excitable, curious and always eager to learn more of human culture. Her body houses many weapons, mostly guns. She also has a built-in jet pack.
Alvina: A friendly fairy. She is an NPC that serves to give the player hints and advice as well as power ups.
Nancy Davies: A member of the ODA's "Night Witch" unit, a group of witches who ride on dragons like fighter pilots. She appears during the air combat levels, where she rides her dragon. She can also be summoned in the regular levels if the player gets a bomb power up. When the power up is used, Nancy's dragon will breath fire everywhere, killing all enemies on screen.
Valindra: One of the boss characters, she is Mylaela's adopted sister who is a Drow Elf. Growing up, she grew jealous of the attention Mylaela got. Thus, she joins Anna and Talia, hoping to off her adopted sister. Her main weapons are curved daggers and a crossbow.
Hatsuko: One of the boss characters, she is an onryo, a Japanese spirit bent on vengeance. Draco Subortus ransacked her home and forced her to serve them against her will. She can manipulate shadows.

*Vanessa is based on Penny Polendina from RWBY.
*The ODA "Night Witches" unit is based on the real "Night Witches", a group of Soviet female pilots during WWII. The idea of using dragons came from the book "Dracopedia", where dragons were used by pilots during WWI before airplanes replaced them.
*Hatsuko is based on Hisako from Killer Instinct.
As for what game this is, this one is more of a platformer with some shoot-em up stages.
