Cartoon Network:

Cheese (Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends): He goes around screaming on the top of his lungs.

Coco (Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends): Lays eggs everywhere, releasing a random item.

Dee Dee (Dexter's Laboratory): She dances around.

Dracula (The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy): He starts a dance party, making characters dance.

Eduardo (Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends): He runs around trying to hug everyone.

Fred FredBurger (The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy): Runs around trying to hit people with his frying pan.

Fuzzy Lumpkins (The Powerpuff Girls): He shoots people with his meat gun, turning them into meat.

General Skarr (Evil Con Carne): Summons an army of tanks which roam across the stage shooting at players. When spawning, they follow the direction of the summoner.

Madame Foster (Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends): Imaginary Friends chase her, damaging foes.

Major Glory (Dexter's Laboratory): Freezes other characters and flies away.

Mandark (Dexter's Laboratory): Goes around shooting lasers and rockets.

Mung Daal (Chowder): Falls and leaves food that can heal you.

Numbah 2 (Codename: Kids Next Door): Appears on a plane flying across the screen twice.

Numbah 4 (Codename: Kids Next Door): Does a series of punches and kicks.

Panini (Chowder): She latches on a random character, reversing their controls.

Schnitzel (Chowder): When hit, he'll wobble in place and cause damage (like Wobbuffet).

Stickybeard (Codename: Kids Next Door): He will get a giant cannon and fires a giant gumball.

Val Hallen (Dexter's Laboratory): He plays his guitar and fires lightning everywhere.

Vreedle Brothers (Ben 10: Ultimate Alien): They fire their guns everywhere.

Super Cow (Cow and Chicken): Flies around hitting people.

The Infraggable Krunk (Dexter's Laboratory): He does some slow but powerful punches.

Rolf (Ed, Edd n Eddy): Summons a bunch of Goats to stampede across the screen.

The Kanker Sisters (Ed, Edd n Eddy): They blow kisses at opponents. When a kiss hits a target, that person will slowly take damage over time.

Captain Melonhead (Ed, Edd n Eddy): He goes around attacking with Plank.

Ami Onuki and Yumi Yoshimura (Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi): They play a short song, creating damaging sound waves.

Numbah 3 (Codename: Kids Next Door): Fires Teddy Bears from her T.E.D.D.Y.Z.O.O.K.A.

Buck Tuddrussel (Time Squad): Runs across the stage firing his gun.

Numbuh 5 (Codename: Kids Next Door): She takes out the S.P.L.A.N.K.E.R. and attacks any opponents while she runs at any nearby enemies. If an opponent tries to attack using a projectile, the S.P.L.A.N.K.E.R. will throw it back at them.

X9 (Samurai Jack): He will start shooting at any opponent he sees with his guns while moving slowly around the stage (similar to The Terminator).

Khyber (Ben 10 Omniverse): He uses his hunting rifle to snipe any opponents at long range. Meanwhile, he also summons Zed to attack the opponents.

Princess Bubblegum (Adventure Time): She throws potions around the stage that have different effects depending on the color. If red, they will have burning effect (similar to PK Fire), if blue they will freeze the opponent; if yellow, they will paralyze the opponent; if purple, they will poison the opponent and will start taking damage for a short period of time; if green, it will give 20% health back.

Robotgirl (Robotboy): She uses her Super Active mode, and will fly around the stage while shooting lasers and missiles.

Biowulf (Generator Rex): He will pursue any nearby opponents and slash them with his claws.

Sheep (Sheep in the Big City): Sheep just stands there and occasionally Bleats. However, if a player makes contact with him, they will fall asleep.


Nintendo:

Andross (Star Fox): Spits out projectiles at players.

Waluigi (Super Mario Bros.): He repeatedly stomps players into the ground. This onslaught is followed by either a strong kick or a strike from his tennis racket.

Impa (Legend of Zelda): She uses her Giant Blade from Hyrule Warriors and she will shoot powerful slash projectiles from it. It will cause more damage if the opponent makes contact with the blade.

Ashley (WarioWare): She conjures up a cloud with an area of effect. Any enemies caught in the cloud will move slowly and take damage; a variety of other random effects can also occur, such as characters becoming invisible and food damaging fighters instead of healing them.

Isabelle (Animal Crossing): Throws fruit to heal people.

Knuckle Joe (Kirby): He delivers a series of Vulcan Jabs to his opponents and finishes with either a Smash Punch or an uppercut attack named Rising Break.

Dark Samus (Metroid): She rapidly shoots gunfire and create blasts of phazon.

Sami (Advance Wars): She appears over a tank and she will shoot rockets at the opponents (similar to the Landmaster, only it cannot fly).

Muddy Mole (Mole Mania): He starts to dig holes around the stage. Anyone who trips on a hole will get stuck for a short period of time. Also, he will throw bombs like bowling balls around.

Alexandra Roivas (Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem): She uses her Magick, which gives different effects: if she casts Magickal Attack (Antorbok), she will shoot a spell to damage the opponents; if she casts Recover (Santak), will replenish the summoner's health at 40%; if she cats Damage Field (Bankorok), she will generate a magical barrier around the summoner that damages enemies on contact; if she casts Summon (Tier), she will summon a zombie that will attack anyone similar to a Redead, even against a summoner. Before she disappears, the camera begins leaning, and a still "screensaver" shot of Pious Augustus or The Lich from Adventure Time will appear on the screen until a button is pressed.


Ayumi Tachibana (Famicom Detective Club): Using a magnifying glass, she will look around for clues (wich are in fact throwing item) which anyone can use for attacks. She may also find food too.

Starfy (Densetsu no Stafy): He wanders around and spin attacks opponents. He can be defeated if attacked enough.

Dillion (Dillon's Rolling Western): Performs rolling attacks, such as a quick charge.

Samurai Goroh (F-Zero): He slashes his swords while chasing opponents.

Saki Amamiya (Sin and Punishment): He slashes and fires with his Dolphin Gun.

Lyn (Fire Emblem): She attacks unsuspecting characters with a single, strong sword swipe.

Daisy (Super Mario Bros): She throws a tennis ball in the air and serves it. Flowers come out of it.

Dr. Wright (SimCity): He summons buildings from within the ground. Anyone other than the summoner who touches these takes damage.

Jeff Andonuts (Earthbound) He shoots 5 homing rockets from his Multi Bottle Rocket five invention (four small and one large) at his opponents.

Mother Brain (Metroid): She appears in a beaker and shoots a rainbow-colored laser from her eye. She is also protected by Rinka enemies. If attacked enough, she can be defeated.

Skull Kid (Legend of Zelda): He can trigger a number of different effect when summoned, such as flipping controls, turning all the fighters invisible, blacking out the screen or flipping the stage (horizontally or vertically).

Color TV-Game 15: 2 paddles from the video game "Pong" appear on the edges of the screen, hitting a ball back and fort that can injure players.

Riki (Xenoblade): He attacks using Arts such as Happy Happy, which heals all characters within its vicinity, Freezinate, which freezes opponents, Yoink!, which causes those within the vicinity to trip, and Bedtime, which puts opponents to sleep.

Phosphora (Kid Icarus): She soars through the air at a high speed, shooting lightning bolts. She can't be defeated, but attacking her will cause her to flinch.

Tingle (Legend of Zelda): Tingle summons random effects while chanting "Tingle! Tingle! Kooloo-limpah!". The Effects are a Plethora of Hammers & Golden Hammers; Flying away releasing a plethora of balloons with no negative effects; Throwing banana peels in the air, making the whole ground slippery, resulting in a lot of tripping; Releasing lots of flowers which makes the camera zoom in on the fighter who summoned him or Giving everyone Super spicy Curry status.

Kat & Ana (WarioWare): They fly in different directions slashing at anybody in front of them, but always cross in the same spot.

Excitebike: The racers ride around the stage causing damage to those they collide with. Some of them, if on a stage with an edge, will go back and forth until their time runs out.

Nightmare (Kirby): He appears as the power orb before reverting to his wizard form, upon which he engulfs the screen into complete darkness. This effect causes players to attack blindly.

Starman (EarthBound): He teleports at random parts of the stage while shooting out lightning bolts from his eye.

Takamaru (The Mysterious Murasame Castle): He uses his Multidirectional Pinwheel Knife Rook Attack.

Issac (Golden Sun): He pushes opponents off the stage by using a skill called Move, represented by giant magic hands. It can be dodged and escaped, though it's easier said than done.

Jill (Drill Dozer): She appears in her Dozer and drills her way off the stage, damaging anyone who gets in the way.

Magnus (Kid Icarus) He attacks by swinging his sword. He can also jump and attack. He can be stopped by being attacked.

Nintendog: A French Bulldog blocks the screen.


Guest Characters:

Shadow the Hedgehog (Sonic the Hedgehog): He slows down time with Chaos Control. The summoner continues to move at normal speed.

Roll (Mega Man): Does a sweeping attack with her broom, then swings it.

Blinky, Pinky, Inky and Clyde (Pac-Man): They make their way around the stage, moving as if in a maze while damaging and pushing opponents around.

Posion Ivy (Batman): She makes flowers grow on the opponents' heads.

Martian Commander X2 (Duck Dodgers): Using a laser gun, he will shoot at any opponent he sees.

Cyborg (Teen Titans): He fires a laser cannon that blasts the opponent with a massive energy beam. He will say "Boo-yah!" before he disappears.

Pokemon:


Meowth: Meowth will hurl coins in a horizontal trajectory and will switch the direction it's oriented to face opponents.

Electrode: Electrode self-destructs after three seconds and is capable of damaging its summoner. With good timing, a player can throw it last second. It will occasionally fail to detonate, making it available to be thrown as a projectile.

Goldeen: Goldeen  flops on the ground, causing no damage in the process.

Staryu: Staryu flies to the nearest opponent and shoots them with star-shaped rays. If successful the opponent is trapped until Staryu disappears.

Eevee: Eevee slams its body into opponents.

Snorlax: Snorlax leaps off the screen and returns larger. It descends with the force of its full body weight.

Moltres: Moltres will fly off the stage, but it will damage opponents it comes in contact with.

Mew: Mew gracefully flies off the stage, dropping treasures as it goes.

Bellossom: Bellossom dances, which causes opponents within its range to fall into a deep sleep.

Entei: Entei produces a massive pillar of fire, trapping opponents within its vertical range.

Suicune: Suicune shoots a powerful horizontal Aurora Beam.

Lugia: Lugia flies to the background of the stage and releases waves of energy over the portion of the stage in front of it.

Gardevoir: Gardevoir produces a reflexive sphere around itself that the summoner can use to protect itself from projectile attacks.

Metagross: Metagross causes the terrain beneath its feet to quake, trapping and damaging opponents in the process.

Latias and Latios: One of the two Eon Pokémon is summoned and flies off screen. It will then shoot across the stage in tandem with the Eon Pokémon that was not summoned.

Kyogre: Kyogre homes-in on an opponent releases a consistent stream of water that pushes them off the screen.

Togepi: Togepi will randomly use one of five moves: SmokeScreen, Earthquake, Powder Snow, Sleep Powder, or Leech Seed.


Deoxys: Deoxys appears in its Attack form. It silently ascends to the top of the stage, where it will proceed to unleash a vertical beam of energy.

Wobbuffet: Wobbuffet acts as punching-bag. It will deal back the amount of damage performed on it, even if the summoner is the one who hits Wobbuffet.

Groudon: Groudon's heated body damages opponents who come in contact with it. Although mostly stationary while summoned, it's large bulk makes it difficult to avoid.

Weavile: Weavile quickly dashes from left to right across the stage, slashing wildly with its claws. Opponents caught within its track are left stunned.

Gulpin: Gulpin swallows a nearby opponent. Its digestive juices damage the opponent until they are released.

Palkia: Palkia will use its signature move to flip the perception of the stage.

Giratina: Giratina will unleash a powerful whirlwind that will push opponents off-screen.

Darkrai: Darkrai causes nearby opponents to fall asleep. As they sleep, their damage percentage gradually increases as a result of Darkrai's Bad Dream ability.

Arceus: Arceus will launch mid-air opponents downward. If the stage is not below them, they will be meteor smashed in an OHKO.

Abomasnow: Abomasnow creates powerful gusts of snow around its body. Those within its range are trapped. Abomasnow will launch trapped opponents with Ice Punch.

Victini: Victini will boost the attack power of its summoner.

Snivy: Snivy releases a flurry of leaves in a horizontal trajectory.

Piplup: Piplup slides across the stage in a jet of water. It will carry anyone caught in its stream off screen, giving it the potential to OHKO opponents.


Kyurem: Kyurem appears in its Neutral form. It will releases icy gusts from its sides that will freeze opponents within its range.

Keldeo: Keldeo appears in its Resolute form. It leaps and performs a large slash with its horn.


Meloetta: Meloetta attacks with sound waves that bounce across the stage.

Genesect: Genesect fires a beam from the cannon on its back. The blast can break through walls.

Chespin: Chespin releases a flurry of explosive seeds.

Fennekin: Fennekin releases a small fireball that bursts into a large pillar of flames upon impact. Opponents will take repeated damage.

Fletchling: Fletchling will hop across the stage, damaging opponents with its potent beak.

Spewpa: Spewpa releases a flurry of spore that will cause temporarily stun opponents.

Gogoat: Gogoat charges across the stage, allowing the player who summoned it to ride it during its attack.

Swirlix: When an opponent is caught by Sweet Veil, they move slower than normal.

Inkay: Inkay attacks the ground, causing grounded opponents to trip.

Dedenne: Dedenne radiates an x-shaped blast of discharged electricity. It slowly rotates counter-clockwise.

Xerneas: Xerneas uses its signature move to boost the stats of every player in the battle. However, it will give the biggest boost to its summoner.

So here they are! The Assist Trophies and Pokemon for Cartoon Network vs. Nintendo! Maybe your favorite character who didn't get in as palyble is now a trophy!

I've been told golden does small damage if opponents stand in front of it.
